Meet the Owner

I’m Chris Reed, Owner of Creed Safety Consulting. I earned my CDL in 2003 and started my career in DOT regulated transportation, not in an office, but in the driver’s seat. From there, I advanced into leadership roles overseeing trucking operations, managing fleet compliance, driver performance, Hours of Service, and FMCSA accountability. In 2013, I transitioned into oil and gas, beginning in field operations and progressing into HSE leadership across construction and high-risk environments. Over the years, I have Led multi-site HSE programs, Managed OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA compliance, conducted field audits and incident investigations, Trained and mentored more than 100 workers

, built safety culture and partnered with operations to develop systems that work in the field. I close the gap between written policy and field execution. I help companies reduce exposure, strengthen accountability, and support operations without slowing the job down. I have worked behind the wheel. I have worked in the field. And I have led from the front. Creed Safety Consulting exists to help companies strengthen culture, reduce exposure, and build safety programs and hands on training that stand up to audits, regulators, and real-world conditions.

Safety is not about paperwork. It is about leadership, discipline, and consistency.

Accountability is not optional. For me, it is personal.
